Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Humidifier

Thoroughly drain all water from the tank and base, ensuring the unit is completely dry before packing it in its original protective packaging.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

Receive Your Refund
